About Us

Melissa Flores joined West Coast Renewables in March 2026. She was drawn to the opportunity to be part of a growing local company with strong values, high standards, and a positive, family-oriented culture. She is excited to contribute to the company’s continued expansion and impact within the renewable services industry. Melissa brings over 10 years of combined experience in executive support, operations leadership, and healthcare administration. Her background includes roles as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Department Director, and Medical Assistant. Throughout her career, she has focused on organization, team coordination, process improvement, and supporting leadership in fast-paced environments. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Owner and Founder, DT Tobiason. In this role, Melissa supports daily operations, coordinates projects and communications, assists with business development initiatives, and helps ensure efficient organizational workflow as the company continues to grow. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her children, and supporting them at their sporting events. She is passionate about personal growth, spiritual wellness, and helping others live more balanced and fulfilling lives.
